DESIGN CONCEPT
Situated on a slightly angled block, 'A New Dimension' redefines spatial interaction through a layered design approach, ensuring a striking presence from every angle. The design employs a series of layered elements that create a sense of depth and complexity. Each layer interacts with the others, generating a cohesive yet multifaceted structure that evolves with the viewer’s perspective. The layered design allows for innovative geometric expressions, with angles and lines that play with light and shadow. This not only enhances the building’s aesthetic appeal but also creates a dynamic interplay between form and function.
Visual Dynamism
A harmonious blend of materials enhances the layered effect. Contrasting textures and finishes, such as honed dolomite, textured wood, and reflective colour back glass, interact to create a rich visual tapestry that accentuates the structure’s dimensionality.
